ELLE Inspires with Jessica Cox
Join us and be inspired by Jessica Cox! Jessica Cox is not your average pilot, she is the world's first armless pilot. The 34-year-old, who was born with a rare non-genetic birth defect that left her without arms, has never let her disability hold her back. She can do almost anything with her feet; including flying an airplane."Disability" isn't a word in her dictionary. Instead, she considers herself "differently-abled". Despite being born without arms, she has achieved much more with her feet than what most people would in their lives - like earn a black belt in Taekwondo, play the piano, and drive a car.Join us as Jessica shares her incredible story about not letting any obstacles stand in the way of achieving dreams. Feel empowered by the way she constantly smashes society's expectations of her, and be inspired by her infectious zest for life."Think outside the shoe", is Jessica's motto.
